SemaTax is a cloud-based platform that provides:

• VFD Invoicing: Digital fiscal receipt generation and transmission to TRA EFDMS.
• Payroll Management: Automated PAYE, SDL, NSSF, and WCF calculations.
• Tax Compliance: IDRAS integration and tax reporting.
• API Access: Integration with third-party systems.

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information during registration.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription and Payments

SemaTax offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described in our pricing section.
• Provide accurate billing information.
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees.
• Understand that fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. User Obligations

You agree to use SemaTax in compliance with all applicable Tanzanian laws, including:

• TRA Regulations: Proper issuance of VFD receipts and tax filings.
• Data Protection: Responsible handling of customer and employee data.
• Anti-Money Laundering: Compliance with AML and KYC requirements.
• Intellectual Property: Respecting our copyrights and trademarks.

You are prohibited from using SemaTax for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage our Service.

All content on SemaTax, including but not limited to:

is the exclusive property of ICGANG ROYAL'S TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

SemaTax is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• All tax calculations are accurate (please verify with a tax professional).
• The Service will meet your specific requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Non-payment of subscription fees.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity.
• At our sole discretion, with or without cause.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately.
